Dishwasher not worth the money. I had a cheaper LG that worked way better. Even on pro wash with Cascade platinum plus scraping and rinsing things; this machine still puts out poorly cleaned items. Drain is fine.
very poor business practices
We own a KitchenAid Refrigerator model KFFS20EYMS01 (manufactured in August of 2013). I had to McGyver the produce container with a piece of plastic and some Tuck tape. This container was constantly flopping open every time the door got opened. The freezer ice maker constantly kicks out ice cubes which melt onto to the kitchen floor. These two design flaws caused me much frustration over the years.
