Great store for unique items at affordable prices. Staff in Oakville are friendly and very helpful. The Store Manager, Jacqueline and Store Associate, Julie went out of their way to assist me recently. Thank you again Ladies and keep smiling :)
It was a lovely, organized place and the cashier was super nice. Hopefully we get to see the bathroom merchandise back soon!
Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced. The store closed before their time.I had an online order already placed and confirmed, but they refused to give it to me simply because they decided to shut down early. No apology, no explanation, nothing. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers’ time. I arrived at this branch at 6:58 PM, two minutes before closing, with an item already on hold. Despite being on time, the staff refused to process my transaction, claiming their systems were already shut down. If the store is advertised as open until 7:00 PM, customers should not be turned away before then. The staff was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. This is misleading, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I strongly discourage anyone from visiting this location.
The new location is way to small it doesn’t have anything in the flyers is a total waste of time. This was our favourite store now it’s not worth the visit
