I'm was looking to find something to make me twice as efficient in the kitchen. Richard listened and directed me to everything I needed while giving some great tips! Fantastic customer service!
When looking for ideas/items to solve some deficiencies in a new to me apartment kitchen i found this store to be well stocked with a wide array of kitchen related items not found in several other more general stores such as building and hardware outlets. Although not finding exactly what I was looking for i did find an adequate option to solve my problem that is working as well or better than I expected. The staff was very helpful and the pricing quite reasonable relative to the quality of their products.
I had an excellent experience with Kitchen Stuff Plus at both Whitby locations and Richmond Hill. The Whitby teams went above and beyond—Managers Raquel, David, and Customer Service Associate Donna provided outstanding customer service, took the time to help me with what I had needed and even had it ready for me.
