This place is no longer Kitchen Spokane. The former owner, Jaime, passed away. It is now A prep Kitchen and has a new owner. She used to manage kitchen Spokane but had no involvement with the underhanded practices of the past. She refused to break the law and was let go. She really cared about the clients which is why she bought the business rather than see it shut down. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THEM! I would 100% avoid this company if you can! After my agreement with them was over, I stopped using them. #1 the kitchens are dirty, everything is broken. #2 paying $5 a day for storage, is ridiculous. Once my agreement with them was over, a couple months later I get a bill for $250, I didn't owe them anything. I emailed them letting them know my agreement was up and I didn't owe money. They insisted I did. I said I didn't and I wouldn't pay it. THEN a week later I get a call from their "lawyer" say... read more

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. I RECEIVED A BILL FOR ALMOST 3000$ AND I NEVER USED THIS KITCHEN. I HAD PLANNED TO BUT IT WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND THE ONLY KITCHEN AVAILABLE TO ME HAD A SEWAGE SMELL IN IT AND I WAS UNABLE TO USE IT... THIS COMPANY IS NOT THERE TO HELP AT ALL!!!!!! FRAUDULENT AND OVERCHARGING SMALL BUSINESSES WHO ARE TRYING TO GET OFF THE GROUND... I'M DONE WITH SPOKANE AND THIS IS ONE OF THE REASONS WHY I WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS IN THIS AREA!!!!

The worst organization i have ever worked with. They sold a month to month setup but what they don't tell you is that if you dont use 4hrs a month it gets secretly charged to an account that you dont have access to and never once receive a notification from about your bills. Unbeknownst to me it went to a collections agency employed by them and i am harassed DAILY and threatened by them with legal action.
