I was promised impeccable work and no headaches. I got the complete opposite. Because I was not okay with subpar work and I pointed out many things that were wrong with the work that was being done Russ was not at all happy. Russ made it seem like I was suppose to be fine with the lack of workmanship I got . Such as cabinets not thoroughly attached to the wall, cabinets higher on one side of the sink then they were on the other side, larger than normally gaps in between cabinets, no factory installed soft close as I was prom... read more
