6 days to process an order (and that’s only because I emailed) is completely unacceptable. It’s now been 10 days since I placed an order, I have now run out of dog food. So now I have to buy a bag elsewhere and have it delivered today, a $160 bag of dog food has now cost me over $300 without a sorry. Will never make a purchase from them again.
I didn’t receive my order, I didn’t sign nothing but in contract was specified delivery in hand, now where are my goods?
Had a subscription for dog food with BPP. They charged me yesterday for my subscription and then wrote to me today telling me I was no longer in their free postage zone and postage would cost another $44! They stop being budget when you're giving them that much extra for postage. I found I could get the same food with Swaggle for $23 postage.
