They use unreliable couriers, like Aramex Couriers, so not only does it take quite a number of days to process and send the order but Aramex DO NOT deliver the parcel safely! They dump it at my front gates, right on the street, in full view of anyone walking past! 6 days to process an order (and that’s only because I emailed) is completely unacceptable. It’s now been 10 days since I placed an order, I have now run out of dog food. So now I have to buy a bag elsewhere and have it delivered today, a $160 bag of dog food has now cost me over $300 without a sorry. Will never make a purchase from them again.
I didn’t receive my order, I didn’t sign nothing but in contract was specified delivery in hand, now where are my goods?
Had a subscription for dog food with BPP. They charged me yesterday for my subscription and then wrote to me today telling me I was no longer in their free postage zone and postage would cost another $44! They stop being budget when you're giving them that much extra for postage. I found I could get the same food with Swaggle for $23 postage.
