Jim was the owner of Go Projects, before he started Kitchen Refresh. We had Jim do an extensive renovation of our main floor (kitchen, powder, flooring, lights, etc) and quickly, the experience became painful. Details got missed during the renovation, communication was poor, and worst of all, they did not honour their one year warranty. We had a number of fixes that needed to be done, and we contacted Jim numerous of times - he eventually ghosted us and did not get back to us, which meant we were on our own to fix the mistak... read more
