My daughter and I were happily surprised to discover how great this store is. They carried things that I don’t see at chain kitchen stores and they were very knowledgeable about their stock.

This place is awful. The unfortunate thing is the products are great, but their customer service is non existent. The woman who works there, looks like a manager has been rude and abrasive since we have lived here. The first time we were there she yelled at my son "dont touch anything thats expensive" "don't touch anything you probably haven't washed your hands". Excellent customer service, had to order two items. They arrived when promised and staff promptly informed me. Best quality products and good prices.

Great customer service, they helped us choose the right toaster and it was a great price too. Feels good to shop local and skip Amazon for once :)
