This is one of my favorite stores! Everything there is of such great quality that it's comforting to know that I can trust anything I purchase will be with me for a long time. The ladies who run the shop are some of the kindest and helpful people that I've met and it's always a pleasure to peruse the inventory and discover something new. I've learned and experimented with new baking and cooking techniques thanks to their helpful advice and really discovered a passion for it. 10/10 would always recommend :)
Both women were SO KIND and SOOOO informative!!! I felt incredibly safe and welcomed. They had recently sold out of what I was looking for and one of the owners actually pointed me to a different store where I could find it, even if it meant losing out on business. Just for that, I will 120% be coming back here!!
Really helpful and friendly
My favorite place to shop for all things kitchen related! I find myself stopping every other week at least. Staff are so so helpful and kind. If they don't have something in stock, they will order it for you. 10/10 stars for this small business in Crystal Lake! Buying off of amazon results in cheap junk - Kitchen Outfitters only buys quality products, so I will gladly shop there for anything that I need.
