Both women were SO KIND and SOOOO informative!!! I felt incredibly safe and welcomed. They had recently sold out of what I was looking for and one of the owners actually pointed me to a different store where I could find it, even if it meant losing out on business. Just for that, I will 120% be coming back here!!
Really helpful and friendly
My favorite place to shop for all things kitchen related! I find myself stopping every other week at least. Staff are so so helpful and kind. If they don't have something in stock, they will order it for you. 10/10 stars for this small business in Crystal Lake! Buying off of amazon results in cheap junk - Kitchen Outfitters only buys quality products, so I will gladly shop there for anything that I need.
Good for those odds and ends
My friend and I stopped in today and looked around to our heart's content! Anything you could need or want for meal preparation or baking, any cooking. Is here. The lady who was there was so nice and helped us. She was kind. I heard another customer complain about not being able to find a barber and she just listened attentively. She helped make a purchase.
