I have dined here many times, and taken out many times. I am a large "tipper" too. The last take out order entre was not prepared as ordered, and the veggies we not even edible, and cost about $80. When i returned a few days later to dine in, and attempted to speak to the manager about the take out fiasco, she was rude and obnoxious. She should be fired. The former GM, Bella, knew how to properly treat good customers but the new GM drove away a long time customer.
This was one of our favorite places for dinner. Unfortunately, the new manager has no interest in keeping loyal customers. We witnessed a legitimate complaint being made by a customer to which the manager was rude and dismissive. The staff here is amazing and the food is great. Unfortunately, the level of unprofessionalism that we witnessed will likely send us to support other local restaurants instead.
Food below average. Atmosphere average. Price above average. There are many better options in the area.
Food, drinks, location, people are all wonderful. My favorite app to order is the mediterranean chicken brochette, and I like to ask about and try their featured dinner specials beyond the main menu (such as crab cakes, chicken parm, and everything salmon). Alex and Alyse are great too :)
