Terrible customer service. Dont return calls when they say they will. Put me off six weeks before they would set an appointment to take measurements, always promising to get back to me right away. Hour late for appointment with no explanation or apology. When I told them I didnt want their service after all, which was purchased on an online auction, they refused to refund my money. Im taking them to court.

Promise to have kitchen make-over done by a certain time, didnt keep that promise. A lot of problem with not ordering enough material to finish the job. Still waiting to redo my counters with granite, because of a mistake on their part I have two different colors of granite. Waiting to replace granite. They dont tell you that you need a new floor when replacing old cabinets. Very upset about the service received from this company. Dont use this company!!!

While my refacing job turned out wonderfully, I must say that the customer service on behalf of the owner and estimator was awful. My calls were never returned, and I felt like I was neglected after my final payment was paid. Kitchen Makeovers wanted to make me happy to get money and then left me dry.
