Kitchen Kapers sent me a cracked machine. I returned it immediately and the seller confirmed they sent me a damaged item. Then charged me a $299.99 restocking fee. I’ve kindly requested a refund of the restocking fee but was denied.
Outstanding customer service. Employees were polite, pleasant, helpful & went out of their way for my request. They had the exact item available at a very reasonable price. Best shopping experience I have had in a very long time. I would shop with them again & highly recommend. Website easy to navigate. Call & place order for pick up from Cherry Hill location.
