We bought two Baltimo swivel gliders in late 2024. They're beautiful - they're comfortable, rock and swivel and the fabric is very forgiving of pet footprints and hair. When we purchased the chairs, the furniture dept. sales associate, Dann, encouraged us to buy the Guardsman protection plan, and that's worked out well for us. I should be shop with a keeper. They have a lot of eye candy - cute aprons, lots of little kitchen gadgets. Their outdoor furniture is decent and definitely good quality and well-made. The staff is extremely helpful. The store in NW has a larger selection - probably because it's located in a much more high scale neighborhood having more foot traffic. I'm with locations have off-street, free parking with the NW location of offering more spots. Trader Joe's is also close as is Zupan's and Elephant's Deli.
Went in looking for some new cookware. The service was friendly and helpful.
I really enjoy this store. The items are not cheaply made like some of my unfortunate Amazon purchases. I like the fact I can see the items I'm buying in real life. The staff is always very helpful. And they have a screaming after the holidays sale!
