I love this store. The products are amazing! And the customer service is beyond amazing. I should be shop with a keeper. They have a lot of eye candy - cute aprons, lots of little kitchen gadgets. Their outdoor furniture is decent and definitely good quality and well-made. The staff is extremely helpful. The store in NW has a larger selection - probably because it's located in a much more high scale neighborhood having more foot traffic. I'm with locations have off-street, free parking with the NW location of offering more spots. Trader Joe's is also close as is Zupan's and Elephant's Deli.
