Rude to say the least.
Dawn was so great at first meeting and planning session. But she never followed through and would not answer my emails. Sad but she ghosted me and wasted my time.
Met with Dawn and told her specifically what we wanted which included flooring, cabinets, countertops, and installation. Weeks went by but estimate never received. Called back, and Dawn said we should have the estimate in a couple days. It's now weeks later and no estimate. Do not do business with this company... well you can't do business with this company, apparently they don't want any business. Should be out of business soon.
Dawn was great to work with! She immediately helped me find what I needed, ordered it and had it within a day! Thank you Dawn! Great selection too! Highly recommended!
Dawn was delightful to work with. Also, the companies she uses for install, etc. are top notch. I love my new countertop. Beautifully installed and a great price.
