Dawn was delightful to work with. Also, the companies she uses for install, etc. are top notch. I love my new countertop. Beautifully installed and a great price.
We had the same issue with Dawn. She came out to our house and took measurements to redo kitchen and bath. Called, "I'm working on it." Over a month later, no estimate. Log story short, we went into the store twice within 4 months. Dawn said she had plan almost complete and would call us....over a year now....nothing. We have moved on and our kitchen has been redone with the help of Hammond in Belgrade. Don't know how she stays in business. If you don't want our money....just tell us instead of lying about it ad hoping we go... read more
Work was good. Misrepresented price to be complete job. Shame on me but beware.
Great business to deal with! Ordered countertops from here they have a great selection to choose from and are very helpful. I was uncertain on a style and color and they had me take a couple pics of my kitchen and made a suggestion on color and style and it looks amazing! Did the install my self and all pieces fit perfectly. I Will definitely use this business again in the future. Thanks again kitchen Encounters for all your help!!
