Our kitchen was designed to exactly what we wanted! Our designer was so great to work with and offered great recommendations to maximize our space and make everything very functional. She was very patient with working through revisions and promplty getting back to us with a new design; I can't say enough about her customer service! Our cabinets were quality built and stained beautifully. We truly love everything about our kitchen and pantry area!
This was our third kitchen remodel project, was by far the worse experience we had with any contractor we have used. Communication was terrible through the whole process. The designer double booked herself for our initial meeting, so she was unprepared, didn't meet her own set deadline for getting us a preliminary layout and quote. When we met to finalize the design, we literally pushed the color samples across the table to literally show her which colors we wanted on which cabinets. No communication. Asked that my project just be put on hold until January if it wasn't going to come to fruition by December. 4 kids and a torn out kitchen through the holidays is not convenient. Was told it was no problem, and now it's just about Christmas and my kitchen is still in pieces, missing correct parts, and still no honest communication. Very disappointed.
