Completely unprofessional - do not use! We wasted a month waiting on a simple quote - which still hasn't been forthcoming, they ignore you and simply could care less!! Requested another company through our builder which was granted and have zero regrets!
THIS company is a joke can not believe the arogance and ability to not even give you the correct infomation. think they dont like doing mastertons job. there knowledge is just not there cant even update a design with standard things. there is no way they shoul be used they have you captured due to there contract with masterton really not really any part of being a proud old builder which is the brand of masterton is buit on. keep just making excuses for there in ability to provide a quote there install needs to be better tha... read more
Do not use them. Horrible experience. Terrible customer service, poor planning and recommendations, they just don't care about anything other than charging more money. The layout was designed so poorly a proper fridge does not fit in our space, you can't get the garbage bin out because they did not account for the overlapping bench-top, drawers don't close properly without causing damage, no suggestions given the maximise storage.
