Iam not to sure why such bad reviews. The people here have always done such great work for the community of Casper!! Always professional and ALWAYS go above and beyond for their customers!! Would always recommend KC for remodeling and or new construction designs!!
If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would. From the very beginning of remodel, from explaining my dream to the reality of them tearing our house apart to completely rebuild. I am in awe at their professionalism and quality of work. The amount of work that these crews can get done in the time they say it will be done is awesome. Not particularly relevant to services provided, but I happened to be driving behind one of the company trucks today, going down 15th. The walk ramp, apparently, was not secured all the way (or was broken) because it flew out and nearly hit the front of my car. Thankfully, I was back far enough, but just by a foot. To those who drive the trucks or load them, please be careful next time. Thanks.
I went in and there was this big guy named pat that was very unhelpful and super rude. Buddy had a staring problem and he made me feel super uncomfortable. Don’t know why they have to be so rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend. Go somewhere else.
