Kitchen Concepts Plus is outstanding! I called on them to remodel my kitchen, two bathrooms, redo flooring, update plumbing, change out my front door and a few other things. We’re talking one stop shop. Cole, Corey, Brian, Mario, Luke, and Jesse were at my house the most and completed amazing work. Jamie, my designer and main POC, was outstanding from start to finish. I was never happy with our developer's-designed kitchen. We finally found the perfect designer and team at Kitchen Concepts Plus. Ally listened to both of us, creatively applied our "wants" and designed a gorgeous, contemporary kitchen. The installation team was respectful and incredibly understanding and did not hesitate to address any of our questions. Working with Ally was definitely sub optimal. After not hearing anything for 3 days I called to make sure my correspondence was at least received. Never got in touch with Ally, she was not there. Christine said she would have her call me next day. The next day I still had not received a call or email, so I called again at 1:08 P.M. and Christine told me she was with a client but that she would call me after. 4:40 P.M. If I could give more stars I would. I had a vision of what I wanted and what I got was even better than what I imagined. Ally was extremely easy to work with, creative and understood what I was looking for. Cole and Brian, who did the work, were extremely professional, considerate and are true craftsmen. From start to finish we had an amazing service experience with Kitchen Concepts- the team was able to send out someone efficiently and timely to fix one of the rails on a drawer. Corey the technician was very friendly and quick to resolve our concern. We will be back to Kitchen Concepts for future redesigns and information. Thank you!!
