I went there this past Sunday. The store did catch my eye, so I went in to take a look. Immediately the older lady at the counter asked if I need any help. I thought great, nice customer service..., I found out quickly that I was wrong. There were two other couples looking around as well. The old asked again if I needed anything. I said no. I had already picked up two items and was still looking throughout the store. After dialing the store several times this morning I finally left a message to call me. That was well over an hour ago and still no call back. What kind of customer service is that? It's hard to believe that your store is brimming with customers. There are so many stores in the mall selling kitchen items one would think you would be interested in building customer service. Forget it. I wouldn't buy in your store now if you paid me!

BUYER BEWARE!!! I went with my mother to return a very simple item. She had purchased a $10 butter warmer, and when we opened the package one of the warmers was broken. The warmer being ceramic we just assumed (like any normal person would) that the holder was broken during shipment. When we went to the store to return the item the lady behind the counter laughed at us!
