I am compelled to share my deeply frustrating and concerning experience with Kitchen Classics to help others make an informed decision on who they decide to do business with. The delivery of our cabinets was delayed by an unacceptable 2.5 months. To make matters worse, we discovered that the owner of Kitchen Classics, Joe Lorentz, also serves as the CEO of Ovation Cabinetry. This explains why we were pushed towards the Ovation cabinet line.
