I'm so glad I chose Kevin from Kitchen Call to do our kitchen. After finding termite damage, Kev was able to organise a builder to reframe our walls within days. Then we changed our design and again Kev was super helpful in helping us get it right. Everything was so well organised and every effort was made to minimise the time we were without a kitchen. Kevin from Kitchen Call has just finished installing new kickboards in my home following some renovation work. I can highly recommend him. He was very helpful and professional. He was punctual and always responded to my communications promptly. I would definitely use Kitchen Call again if I were to do any other kitchen or laundry renovations.
Quite disappointing. Kevin came to give us a quote almost five months ago, and we were excited to move forward with our kitchen renovation. However, after minimal communication and a few back-and-forth emails, I stopped receiving any responses. Despite multiple follow-ups—including several texts, over five phone calls, and a voicemail—I have yet to hear back. If the job couldn't be completed, a simple update would have allowed us to seek another contractor instead of being left in limbo.
