I was emailed a written estimate on a set of laundry cabinets I was inquiring about in the store. Taj Tumber, the employee who helped me, sent over two estimates. We decided about three weeks later, to order the cabinets. I went into the store and she proceeded to tell me that the cost was now $500 more because the 20% discount no longer applied.
