Zero stars is not an option but I wish it was.1st time in 16 years doing this. I ordered bathroom cabinets and received wrong stain, poor finished surfaces, and wrong wall cabinet all together.My fault for going to them for 1st time & not requesting a picture to approve. This store makes shopping for a vanity or cabinets easy. They have a large variety in many price ranges. The sales staff are knowledgeable & don't try to have you buy the most expensive items. As for customer service & quality at very good prices,they were outstanding. After my experience I recommend start here first.
As a Home Improvement Contractor, this company is the worst I've ever done business with.. Chris of their Waterbury store is non-respona I've and appears genuinely disinterested... Suggestion find another Kitchen and Bath Store.
Awful company to deal with. They never return phone calls. It took me longer to get my re-order cabinets that was clearly their fault than my regular order. They claimed there was a two month high Jewish holiday from the manufacturer. Will never use this company again.
Just wanted to say thank you to KCO for a beautiful product that now graces the kitchen of my 108 year old colonial home. The most important objective I had in updating the kitchen was to have a room that coordinated with the rest of the home, and suited the age, scale and woodwork in the other rooms. These guys were great at both stores. I started looking in Southington but ended up in Waterbury. Regardless, the salespeople I worked with in both locations were friendly, very helpful and very professional. I ordered an Omega kitchen which I love and looks great in my home. Everything was delivered on time and the installation was impeccable. I truly enjoyed working with my salesman and I have and will continue to recommend these guys to my friends and family. Bad Customer Service Still waiting for them to replace my damaged cabinets, ordered cabinets 6months ago. Nobody from the store has returned my calls, I guess once they are paid, they don't care about you anymore. Won't even return my calls....
Damaged Cabinets Worst customer service ever!!! Ordered and paid for high end cabinets and accessories and received damaged product, no one at the store is willing to replace the damaged cabinets. No return calls or emails from Jimi Clarke. Stay away from these shady people!!
Let down – The KCO both in Waterbury and Southington seem to have a disconnect. We had to follow up with SEVERAL phone calls to get a delivery date...because they couldn't figure out the date we ended up having to reschedule our carpenter guy and granit installers 3 times.
