RecommendedKCO went above and beyond for me. Some of my cabinet doors began cracking and peeling after about 6 months, and the manufacturer refused to cover them under the warranty. KCO replaced all of them at their own cost. Thank you!!
I am extremely frustrated with KCO. I had new Fabuwood cabinets from KCO installed in my kitchen a little over a year ago, and the paint on several of the doors has begun cracking and peeling. Despite the manufacturer's five year warranty, I have been told that for some reason the defective doors are not covered. I have been trying to resolve this for over a month and am getting nowhere. All I want is a few replacement doors. This should not be complicated.
Great store, great people. We just love our beautiful kitchen. Brian helped us from beginning to end. The service was smooth and he even made recommendations for services if he couldn't provide them. Made is so easy to plan from cabinets to countertops, sinks and even a beautiful island. We're so happy we went with the Kitchen Cabinet Outlet.
