RecommendedKCO went above and beyond for me. Some of my cabinet doors began cracking and peeling after about 6 months, and the manufacturer refused to cover them under the warranty. KCO replaced all of them at their own cost. Thank you!!
I am extremely frustrated with KCO. I had new Fabuwood cabinets from KCO installed in my kitchen a little over a year ago, and the paint on several of the doors has begun cracking and peeling. Despite the manufacturer's five year warranty, I have been told that for some reason the defective doors are not covered. I have been trying to resolve this for over a month and am getting nowhere. All I want is a few replacement doors. This should not be complicated.
