Experienced amateur woodworker here that has built from scratch a bunch of built-in cabinets with Blum undermount slides and other higher end hardware. Bought a set of KCD lowers (premiere Brooklyn) for my daughters kitchen refurb since it was a time critical situation. In general I had no issues with the quality of the wood elements, assembly process, of the accuracy of panels and dados. All dovetails across 9 set of drawers were flawlessly milled. If i could give less than one star i would! They were delayed, EVERY cabinet arrived with major damage. Jeff, the rep, came out, lied repeatedly to our faces about "they will be free, this isn't standard, please do not leave us bad reviews, blah blah blah". I have hundreds of videos and photos that show how bad the product is. They gave a trucking company my info, had all the delivery info incorrect, left 3 other orders sitting on skids in the front lawn for hours! The replacement cabinets were damaged and wrong.
