Great customer service!
As a tradesman I have used Kitchen and Bath Works (Beth in particular) for my own home and business. I recommend them without hesitation.
Bought a Moen faucet from this store. When I opened a box at home to install it I realized that the quality was very bad for the amount of money that I spend. I tried to negotiate the return or an exchange to a better model through the store. It was unsuccessful. Store representative just brushed me off and told me to call Moen myself and figure out what to do next. Would never buy anything there again.
