We had KBS completely replace our banister. They were professional, easy to work with, and good at communicating. We had safety concerns about the construction and our kids being around the stairs without a banister during the construction and they took our concerns very seriously and did the construction in phases so that it was never unsafe for our kids which we greatly appreciated!
