Please pass this on to your superiors. Dealing with Kelly was a complete pleasure. He made me feel at ease with the items I was purchasing by providing a very confident and complete explanation of what I was buying and the accessories needed to go along with my claw foot tub. I just wanted to thank you for suggesting the French ivory sink, it is almost white and it looks amazing in my kitchen! I appreciate the fact that you, got my order to me in one piece and that it came exactly on the day you said it would! The other company I dealt with did not put half the effort you gave and I had much more contact with them! I just wanted to say how impressed I 'am with your company, particularly Kelly, who has been extremely helpful all throughout my claw foot tub/ surround order. Mine was not an easy buying process because of some initial misunderstandings with the manufacturer's instructions and one wrecked part, but Kelly worked hard and sometimes late to give me great service. Thanks very much.

Thanks Kelly, the vanity was actually delivered today and we followed the RMA procedures you outlined. Thanks for your assistance and diligence in seeing this through, it is rare to find customer support that truly goes the extra mile as you have.
