the worst, horrible, completely unacceptable. the owner/operator came to install the cabinet handles and not only left markings on my brand new wooden cabinet doors, also left the mess of wood shavings behind everywhere, but installed them crooked (drilled holes in my brand new cabinets crooked). when I pointed out the mess he had left behind he said 'I don't have anything to clean that up with, and you just need to wipe those pencil marks off'. really, really bad service - and by who I am to understand is the owner.
