I ordered some Kohler products from this place, and I paid in full at the time I ordered. I was told it was a month long wait - it is now two months, and I still don't have the order. Extremely frustrating.
Unhelpful staff, go to Ferguson's showroom in Brooklyn Bridge Park new showroom instead. No one even asked me if I needed any help, I guess I didn't look like I was a paying customer to them.
