Terrible experience. They made me pay full price for a part I received damaged out of the box, and for a paint touch-up marker for cabinets I received damaged, after spending over $3,000. Poor customer service overall.
My 2nd time buying here and Sofia jas helped me both times, ahe has been very helpful, prices are reasonable and very friendly staff. Highly recommend this store
I would have given LX a FIVE STAR rating if it wasn't for the HORRIBLE installation experience with Daniel (one of their Chinese installers). Edward Han (rep), Lucy (cashier) & the rest of the front office was an EXCELLENT pleasure to deal with. But Daniel (the countertop installer) is a totally different story. He shown up with his ears glued to the phone yapping loudly in Chinese for a longtime. After 15 minutes, when he finally was able to discuss the job, he was barely communicable and wouldn't listen to what I said. All... read more
