I am absolutely sold on Jim Bolka and his TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!! His ability to resolve any consumer hiccups and his Sense of Urgency with getting them resolved is why I WILL NOT go anywhere else for my HVAC and PLUMBING material needs!
Jim Bolka has been absolutely AMAZING! As a manager of a plumbing, heating, & cooling company there are always obstacles and emergencies thrown at you everyday. It's incredible how Jim makes things happen in any & all situations. When we need materials/equipment he never disappoints and always gets us what we need. Jim goes above and beyond! After explaining my lack of plumbing knowledge/experience James went through step by step how to take care of my problem in a way that is going to save me hundreds. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
