Always super friendly and helpful staff when I go in. Awesome products on display.
Bought a light fixture for the main entrance of my house. The fixture was on clearance. Once I got home, I powered up the fixture, and 6 of 7 light bulbs were burnt out. I called the showroom and explained the situation, she said I need to talk to my manager. 2-3 weeks have went by with no call back. I replaced the G9 bulbs myself, cost me an additional $75.
Rave to Angelene! Saved my hide when another company misplaced my kitchen sink for a job. Will absolutely do business there again

We walked through the showroom and spent about twenty minutes browsing without any of the staff acknowledging we were there. I thought they must be busy and we will be helped sooner or later. Then another customer came in and was greeted and served promptly. Even when we left no one ever acknowledged us or asked if we needed assistance.
