My wife and I were upgrading our ensuite shower from a preformed insert to tiles with a Glass Door. We had been to both the big box stores and a few "design studio" type plumbing places in Kelowna looking for a new shower setup. But we could not find a system that had quality, wasn't over priced and that was available on our timeline. Our plumbing contractor. Always super friendly and helpful staff when I go in. Awesome products on display.
Bought a light fixture for the main entrance of my house. The fixture was on clearance. Once I got home, I powered up the fixture, and 6 of 7 light bulbs were burnt out. I called the showroom and explained the situation, she said I need to talk to my manager. 2-3 weeks have went by with no call back. I replaced the G9 bulbs myself, cost me an additional $75.
Rave to Angelene! Saved my hide when another company misplaced my kitchen sink for a job. Will absolutely do business there again
