I can't say enough about how awesome Carolyne is. She's really helped us figure out our kitchen and bath needs for our renovations. I would highly recommend anyone looking at changing their kitchen and/or bath contact her. I must say, I also witnessed other staff members go out of their way for customers, so obviously the company has the right people!
We were doing a master bath renovation and visited Kitchen Bath Classics Nanaimo to get ideas on shower and sink fixtures as well as a new toilet. They have an excellent showroom with multiple display options. We met with Cheryl Board who offered excellent advice and suggestions. Cheryl is extremely knowledgable and was a real pleasure to work with. We could not be happier with our choices and the excellent service Cheryl provided.
