After 8 months of waiting for the delivery of my bathroom vanity, I finally cancelled my order. K&B said that they could not refund my credit card, but would send me a check. 7 weeks later & numerous phone calls & emails, I have still not received the check. I am out over $1000! Don't buy from this company!
Pathetic sales staff and customer service. Makes promises they don't keep and will spin you in circles and try to overcharge you if you have a problem with their products. As a business owner my time is valuable and have neother the time nor patience for incompetence. I will shop elsewhere and avoid the headache from now on.
