Every time I come in the staff is super helpful! I absolutely love coming here! Their knife sharpening is no joke either! My teenage daughter was helping my clean dishes and accidentally cut herself on one of my freshly sharpened knives and it required stitches! Kid is fine but it was so sharp she didn't even notice or feel it happen! Come to kitchen barn to buy quality cookware and for their excellent knife sharpening!
Love the shop and the chatty and helpful sales people, But, had a terrible experience with Kitchen Barn relating to cookware purchased from them. Ultimately, the cookware manufacturer, Hestan, directly worked with us to very satisfactorily resolve our concerns and issues. Hestan was very responsive and easy to work with. The local/regional representative from Hestan was especially easy to work with. I have been delighted with their response to our issues.
Great experience! They had what I wanted in stock and shipped it the same day. The item was well packaged. Excellent customer service and I will definitely order from them again or purchase in store when I’m in the area.
