I hired this tile contractor to install new flooring and backsplash in my kitchen, and the experience was very disappointing. The project did not begin on time, and I had to repeatedly call just to get updates. Once work started, it felt rushed and poorly coordinated. After completion, I noticed several tiles that were not properly leveled, and the surface has slight uneven spots that are noticeable when walking or cleaning. They installed my new kitchen backsplash using two different types of very challenging tiles, and the results are absolutely perfect. One area was done with intricate glass arabesque tiles, and a separate area was completed with glass tiles that have mirrored edges.
