Jochen did a very good job with my cabinets and I recommended him to my brother who had a major kitchen and bathroom renovation. The job was not done to their satisfaction and cabinet doors are falling off, tile work is cracking and after many calls they are not responding. I am very upset I recommended them.
My parents hired Jochen in june of 2021 and it is now almost August 2022 and the kitchen is still not complete!!! My parents have tried to contact him multiple times for updates and still haven't gotten much from him. Sometimes he says he will come but then cancels, no shows, or forgets supplies. Messages do not get answered for weeks and this is not acceptable. My wedding is coming soon which we have told him and now because of this I am going to have my guests deal with this incomplete kitchen! I just think that this is so... read more
