Having Aura Kitchen Art team to complete our kitchen remodels was such an amazing experience! From start to finish, they worked with great prestige and accuracy which was very satisfactory. Definitely will use them again for my next home project!
I don't know where to begin. Bottom line is stay away from this company. From the design to the finished product it was and ahs been a big disappointment. Promised that things would be made right and getting the run around. Now turning over to my attorney. Cabinet ordered poorly designed as it turns out and management agreed. Came by to inspect after numerous attempts and promised a replacement. That was October. It is now February. Just avoid them is my best advice.
The design was wonderful, but the work was poor, the project management was non-existent, and there was no attention to detail. My family and I were treated with disrespect, and we paid top dollar for sub-par work and several items had to be fixed, including the tile floor which was severely uneven in several places and had 15 blue plastic spacers sticking out of the grout.
