Absolute scammers. Don't buy from this place. Customer service is not in their vocabulary. I purchased a defective product and after promising that it was returnable if defective, they chased me out of the store. Attempted to show them it was defective but after testing it for 4 seconds, they started accusing me of being the jerk. I also tried to test it in store before buying it, however the excuse then was that it would take too long to set it up. Just gpt a pair of jbl loft 50 speaker from them. It looks like open box but the speaker theirselves are brand new with form sheet cover protection. Sound quality is beyond my expectation. Will recommend them to my friends for sure.
