The sales experience was good. Everything after this was chaotic. Delays over delays and on top we are left with an unfinished kitchen. One of the worse experiences in my life. Feels to me like the business is struggling.
Outstanding quality of materials whole staff and crew were excellent! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants quality workmanship and materials. The whole time office staff and crew were there to answer any questions. I’ve attempted to download photos from my phone with no success but believe me their services are at the top!!!!
Before starting, I would just like to say I've never been through a total kitchen remodel. It can be pretty stressful! I also got my floors done through Lowes which is still ongoing and caused delays with kitchen install. I met Ernesto on a Saturday. He was the only one there with his little dog, and the shop on Pine Island Rd was the only one open on the weekend.. His store is a one stop shop. You get cabinets, quartz and sink all in one place. I have been dealing with Ernesto for more than 15 years. For myself personally 3 times and for clients more times than i can count. Ernesto gives contractor discounts as well. Always a pleasure to work with, from concept rendering, delivery, to final installation. The products they offer are outstanding and the selection options are incredible.
