We had the severe misfortune to invest tens of thousands of dollars for a kitchen remodel with KBS. We had to step in to become the PMs because the project was not being managed. The workers would sometimes come and leave within minutes because there were no materials to get the work done and therefore nothing for them to do. A project that should have taken 3 weeks has now stretched out across almost 4 months. I absolutely do not recommend this business. Our neighbors unfortunately hired them, and we were able to witness firsthand the lack of professionalism and poor quality of work throughout their kitchen project. The crew repeatedly left construction trash sitting outside for days without pickup. Brian is exceptionally easy to work with. He listened intently to what I envisioned and created a design and picked materials that brought the vision to life. He also explained the remodeling steps thoroughly and instilled confidence in the process. Exceptional designer.
