I need to take time out to write this review right now. It can’t wait. I just had the most delicious meal of my life. The strange hash? It’s everything that I love and the fact that this place is 100% gluten free just blows my mind. Everything about this restaurant is phenomenal. The variety of desserts that are celiac safe is unbelievable. Not to mention the smoothies, fresh cold-pressed juices, compostable utensils and straws…the list goes on. Found this place traveling on a work trip and made 5 trips across 4 days because it was that good. I don’t understand why there aren’t any places that offer this kind of quality food near Newark so I made the drive south each time for Kitch’s quality. Both breakfast and lunch options are phenomenal. The turkey sausage for breakfast and the turkey meatballs for lunch are alone worth the trip. But the GF bread, the squash/zucchini noodle dishes, all amazing.
