Found this place traveling on a work trip and made 5 trips across 4 days because it was that good. I don’t understand why there aren’t any places that offer this kind of quality food near Newark so I made the drive south each time for Kitch’s quality. Both breakfast and lunch options are phenomenal. The turkey sausage for breakfast and the turkey meatballs for lunch are alone worth the trip. But the GF bread, the squash/zucchini noodle dishes, all amazing.
Amazing they have everything you need gluten and dairy free and yummy delicious.
This place has the best organic/ gluten free food and the nicest people work here! I personally love the turkey club,hummus plate,and the nature Gatorade, it is an amazing lunch to have anytime of the week! You need to come here and try their 10/10 food it is always worth it!
We are blessed to be close by this terrific super healthy food option. Lovely outdoor space too. Take out, eat at the interior counter or the lovely outdoor space. ... I've had the outstanding white bean burger with tasty brussels and other sandwiches. HUGE. If I must eat healthy, can't it be luscious and delicious? It is here. Not inexpensive but quite quite good.
