The ordering system was very user-friendly and I was able to chat with my rep if I had any questions! The email updates were frequent and pick-up was straightforward and quick. We're extremely happy with the products and will be using Kitch again for future projects :)
I had a mixed experience with Kitch and ultimately would not purchase from them again. My concerns are primarily about the DIY installation experience and the value for the price, rather than the appearance of the finished cabinetry. First, the positives. I received my Kitch order a few weeks ago and they gave zero days/hours/minutes notice for the delivery. They showed up in the middle of a meeting, which I had to leave, and right when the drywaller showed up as well. Really, not even one hour notice? Or a day? You can do better. I just started assembling the kitchen a few days ago and although the doors and drawers look great, the assembly instructions are comical. Can't recommend Kitch enough. They were really responsive and answered my questions thoroughly before I ordered, and the products are beautiful and really good quality - they feel HEAVY. Our delivery was missing a couple of hinges and they were responsive and shipped them out right away. Our kitchen looks beautiful!
I used My Kitch for my kitchen and they were fantastic. the products came exactly as stipulated. Very good quality .Their designer was amazing and professional and helped us a lot. You will have to wait 2 months to receive the products but they arrived extremely well protected. Highly recommend using them
