I hired kitay for a DUI. First attorney told me 6000 he'd get me off. He got let go. I went through 3 other lawyers in the firm and now they telling me best they can do is 6 months jail and 6 months house arrest. Then they wanted 7000 more to take to court which I already paid for. So I went with public defender. She got me 3 months house arrest. So you just paying money for them to make a phone call. Do not hire this firm

my second attempt to have these guys review a case. this time i sent them a detailed brief that took several hours to create. they did give me an email address over the phone to send it to. (That's why this isn't another 1 rating) the the problem is , I asked for a simple yes if they were interested or no if they weren't. My plan was to take my legitimate lawsuit to attorneys one at a time and don't want to wait forever for each to decide.. for some reason, I thought I would give them another shot.. my bad.. they didn't eve... read more

As a pastor, I just watched Kenneth M. Kitay go to bat for his client. He developed a personal relationship with him, was very patient throughout the year-long ordeal, and remained committed to getting his client the best sentencing. I was shocked at the results. Thank you to Ken and the judge for showing mercy.

The worst of all times, Kitay assigned is Brian Scott, he didn't contact the defendant (my brother) even once, never shared with us any info, attended the zoom meeting from the street, even when we raised a concern to Ken Kitay he insisted that he knows what he's doing, I called him one day before the trial he assured me that he is confident about the outcome, and lastly we lost and he didn't even call or communicated us, I'm filing a complain for sure at the disciplinery board . DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
