They have roaches here and aren’t doing anything about it🤢
I’ve really tried to like this place because I love having acai like daily, but the past few times have been so off putting. The women are downright rude people and ignore you completely because they’re busy chatting, and when they do engage with you they act like I’m bothering them by being there. The açaí bowl they gave me my last visit was melted completely, and the oat chai tasted so bad I couldn’t drink it, overwhelmingly full of oat taste, and they forgot to add an espresso shot that I paid for. This is my favorite coffee shop in Seattle! I’ve been going there for years and always had good service. Not only the coffee is good but the açaí bowls are very generous and the kitanda bread is an amazing option for a delicious gluten free treat.

Comida deliciosa. The pao de queso is massive and freshly baked. Everything was delicious. The owner is super friendly.
