Purchased new Kitamura 4XV machine, and still not working after 4 weeks of hell. One problem after another.....and they are not able to determine why I am having this current issue electrical....making payments on a new machine that I can not use is not very cool...... ****Update as of 07/09/25**** Issues remain unresolved, and now the spindle has started making some terrible noises. Still no answers, or solutions, just getting the run around. Very expensive mistake (lesson) with this investment to this point.
