Getting a new roof is a very expensive project, so be sure to pick well. I interviewed three companies with major reputations and chose KITA. Yes, cost was part of the decision, but the person I dealth with was clear and easy to talk with. Peter Kim comes to this business a second generation roofer/contractor. Deep roots in the Bay Area. His people were clean, professional and responsive.

From the quoting process to clean up: Kita was outstanding. I needed my 20 year old cedar shake repaired, they provided before and after photos, were competitively priced and able to work with my schedule. I will keep their contact info handy as I am certain to use them again!

KITA gave us a very detailed and reasonable quote for our outdoor painting project, and were very flexible with scheduling. They completed the whole project, including scraping, priming, and painting, over the course of three days, and were professional, courteous, and clean. When we had a last minute request to change one of the trim details after they had already painted it, they were happy to accommodate. All in all a very positive experience, and a great deal too!
