As a person who is generally anxious moving through the world, I was cowering and visibly perspiring when I stepped into the gorgeous, radiant offices of Kit Burkich. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist (whose name I unfortunately did not catch--let's call her 'Kim') who answered all of my questions and got me checked in with the utmost speed.
