My biggest problem with this office is…at the end of the year whatever $ I don’t use on my ins card goes away unless I have my office credit my account with the un-used $ towards my future visit. My insurance company has no problem with that and encourages its members to do that. Well this dentist office refuses to do that thinking it is fraud!!! That is the craziest thing I have ever heard.
