Nobody wants you to go to the Administrator with complaints so when there’s an issue within the facility after taking the right protocol it stops there and nothing changes and when Corporate comes in the DON coaches on what to do and say if asked anything by corporate about incidents taking place within the facility…worst place ever to work the DON ADON & Administrator at this place are heartless monsters they’ll terminate you with no grounds to do so besides maybe personal feelings…And the corporate office doesn’t help any ... read more

About to celebrate 5 years here, working in Rehab! 30+ years in the field! The commitment to resident care at Kissito is evident every day- I have what I need to do my job well and to serve my residents in their unique and challenging needs. I have the support of a team of caring clinicians who have been here with me and who continue to grow. I see great retention in rehab - no job is perfect and Covid really challenged us, but this team is strong and doing great things every day . Happy to be a part of it .
Please don't sent your family members here. They are very unprofessional, and will not look out for the wellness of your family member. They allow patients drink alcohol, and smoke. You will have no say so about the care of your family member. This is the worst nursing home ever. I regret signing my husband in here.
